Tafford Uniforms Nursing Scholarship Program

To qualify, you must:

Be able to provide proof of enrollment in an accredited nursing school in the United States.
You must be enrolled in one of the following programs:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Associate Degree in Nursing
Possess a current cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
Complete the application form below.
Submit a maximum 250 word essay describing your reasons for pursuing a career in nursing.

Two $1000 scholarships will be awarded twice a year after reviewing each qualified application.
